Keita Sakakibara has stepped down as Representative Director and President, with Hiromi Tagawa taking over the role. Mr. Sakakibara has been appointed Representative Director and Chairman, and will oversee the entire new group, which is scheduled to be announced on April 9th.

ISARIBI will transform into a “creative agency” starting in 2025, evolving from its traditional role as a “planning and production company” to a “creative agency” handling advertising and promotions across a wider range of areas. Under the new management structure, we aim for further sales growth and business expansion, adopting the mid-term management plan slogan “Disrupt The Bias” to break down various societal biases with the power of creativity.

We will make swift and flexible management decisions, strengthening our advertising and promotion planning business, content PR business (primarily focused on anime promotion), and talent/IP production business, including ‘Jirai-chan,’ ‘KATARI,’ and ‘Do What?’. Furthermore, we will actively pursue new IP production for next-generation XR, Generation Alpha, and eSports, aiming for further business expansion.

I have been appointed Representative Director of ISARIBI Corporation.
ISARIBI will be reborn as a creative agency.
We will clarify our position as a company where creativity is our strength, and we will build further development for all stakeholders around three core pillars: our planning business, content PR business, and IP production business.
Furthermore, in character/talent businesses such as ‘Jirai-chan’ and IP productions like ‘Do What?’ and ‘KATARI,’ we are already planning new content in cutting-edge fields such as XR.
We will also continue to expand our business in the management sector, including the management of announcer Hisanori Yoshida as part of our recently announced business alliance with Nippon Broadcasting System.

Born in Ibaraki Prefecture in 1983.
After working at a major creative agency, an influencer agency, and a general advertising agency,
joined ISARIBI in 2024. Appointed Executive Vice President in October 2024.
At ISARIBI, he oversees the planning business and IP production business.
